Yes, actually. You're sure about the homemade masks, the material used and how it's made. Rs. 10 masks surgical masks are third class. As mentioned by @itzmynet just use the right material and make sure the mask is a good fit. What matters the most is how you take the mask off, because the virus would be sitting at the surface of it. I've seen people take it off and throw it around. Lol
 
Do not under estimate Indians. We doing everything to reach that mark.

USA and Brazil are both reporting more cases than India. I guess we are basically just doing less tests to stay away from the second spot.
 
As you see daily we are making great strides overcome the barrier of new cases. In few weeks time, we shall see more cases in India daily than anywhere else
 
We should actually be nearer to middle of cases as to Brazil if we conduct more tests.
 
Delhi seems to be one of the many areas which has been reducing their daily tests. Bihar and UP are already not doing enough tests. No state has any incentive to do more and more tests so it's likely we would just do what many fear 😱
 
Delhi is now relying more on rapid antigen tests, which might give false negatives. As per ICMR guidelines, negative result on antigen tests need to be confirmed by a negative rt pcr tests. But I read in a news report that is not being done in Delhi for many tests.

I just hope situation gets better, its becoming worrisome day by day with pandemic entering smaller cities/towns.
 
State CM is asking people to get their tests done on their own. There is no contact tracing from the government or his office. Cool stuff.
