My sister had same symptoms but temprature was as high as 102-103.
Though temprature came to 99-100 after 3 days still she was literally crying due to body ache.
Finally 1 table spoon of doctors brandy diluted in 1 cup of water before bed time did the trick. Now 2 night & gonna continue this for 3 more nights. just fyi ;-)
