Airtel Broadband: 8 Mbps question ?

so far no unlimited plans in 8mbps. they are providing on transfer limit basis only such as 4gb,8gb,20gb,50gb and 100gb per month. they are too costly too. if they give unlimited then approx 84gb can be downloaded in a day at 1mBps that too the speed also must be constant. i think so only they are not providing unlimited or night unlimited plans.
Does Airtel provide Night unlimited for 8 Mbps ?
The best Airtel provides is 512 kbps for UL plans in most of India except Delhi & Kolkatta where they do provide 1 Mbps UL as well.
Beyond that you can forget about any UL plans for 8 Mbps for the next 8 years 🙂

there is no night unlimited plan with 8 mbps speed, all plans with 8 mbps r caped data limits ones.u may try 1mbps u/l...its unlimited all the time.

No night top up avail for MAP (mumbai,pune,ahemdabad) We are provide 8 Mbps (4 GB Limit) Rs. 1299 /-

I dont think thats going to happen soon..maybe in couple of yrs we can see 1 Mbps U/L for 999 RS or something...till then we have to stick with whatever we have
may be this is OT question. why on earth you need 8 mbps that too unlimited? what do you all download? pr0n/movies? get it from the local store, you need not even buy, just get an pr0n/movie account in the video parlour and also go to the pirate software street and get as much pirated tools/utils you may require for windows. frankly if i go for 8 mbps and that too UL i will start a SMB (small/medium business) than download like a jerk and then also to make matter worse? crib! sigh. my 0.02 paisa which is worthless so i must put it back in wallet. 😕:wall::wall::wall::wall:😡

Its not that if you have High speed unlimited connection you would only want to download porn and pirated softwares. I might also be Gaming patches and all that if you're a gamer like me. I have World of Warcraft and it is asking for update its size is 945MB and that will nearly take 10 hrs to download @ 30 kbps. Now imagine how fast I can download it on a 8 Mbps connection. that the difference.
