No RC available in mparivahan app

After installing the mparivahan app & creating a login. I can download my DL but the RC is not available in database. Any idea what I should do to get it in the app?

After a recent update the app asks me to login every damn time. Not sure if it’s specific to iOS, because I’ve never faced this issue on android.

This app his highly unreliable. I had the exact same issue till last year and I had narrowed it down to either being a beta tester or updating the app caused it to loose login status.
But after seeing your post i opened the app, although I was still logged in but all RCs and DLs were gone. So had to relogin to bring them back.

The app received an update and it has been overhauled. A whole new user interface. You can now set a pin to login and reset it if forgotten using OTP.
