It's Related because It's first time I saw https blocking from ACT.

also the page I usually see doesn't have advanced detail like this one below

@Sushubh already enabled DNS over HTTPS in firefox. Even DNSCrypt doesn't seem to work.

well yeah. encrypted dns is not really going to work for unblocking unless the blocking is done at dns level which i guess no one does these days.

moment.js does seem to use cloudflare so ESNI should work in firefox.

strangely. ESNI seems to be not working on their domain for me. i don't believe you can even disable it on cloudflare!

ChartJS - a JavaScript library to create charts is blocked on Hathway (owned by Reliance) : india

an act customer stated that it's blocked for him as well. and the website is actually powered by cloudflare.
