i don't have the uPnP option

LMFT, so if your username has "lfmt" in it, that would explain your NAT issues. Cause when LFMT is enabled, BSNL needs to give you a private IP address so that their LFMT service works properly.

Please confirm if this is the case. Otherwise, I don't see a reason for NAT issues.

my username starts with "ft"
 
@Nitin mostly Cod and Apex legends. Planning on buying DBZ kakarot but a lot depends on tomorrow when I get the opportunity to try NAT Type 2. If it runs smooth, then I will keep gaming I guess lol
