Could you please share a pic of the bottom of the modem/router?

Yes, I am logged in as admin. I don't feel comfortable sharing that info online. IS there anything specific you want me to look at? I hope you understand.

Well, every website you visit, automatically gets that information. So there is nothing you can really hide. 😉

Anyway I am looking for the IP address range.

My guess is that you are getting a 10.x.x.x IP address which happens if you are enrolled in the limited mobility voice service.

What's the format of your BSNL username configured for PPP auth?

To be specific this -- FMT_tariff

LMFT, so if your username has "lfmt" in it, that would explain your NAT issues. Cause when LFMT is enabled, BSNL needs to give you a private IP address so that their LFMT service works properly.

Please confirm if this is the case. Otherwise, I don't see a reason for NAT issues.

@EsJay There are 2 options u can try
1- UPnP
2- DMZ

I am not sure where the upnp option is present. It may be in security or applications. @varkey do u know where the option is?
