I have a Jio STB which has the cable port and I am also having an active Hathway cable connection. I connected the Hathway cable wire to the Jio STB port and waited for about 5 minutes. The STB detected only 3 channels.
So now my 'Jio TV' interface in the Jio STB has completely changed and I see those 3 channels. Even if I disable the 'Jio TV' app and enable it again or even if I clear all data and cache from it, it comes back to this changed UI. When I disconnect the cable wire from the STB and start the 'Jio TV' app, I still see the same 3 channels but I get a message saying 'Your box is not receiving signal'.
Attached below are the pictures of my changed 'Jio TV' interface.
When I press 'Guide' on the remote.
When I click on 'Plan' in the 'Guide' menu.
When I click on 'Organiser' in the 'Guide' menu.
When I click on 'User Settings' in the 'Organiser' menu.
When I click on 'System Information' in the 'Organiser' menu.
Out of the three channels, only this 'My Hathway' channel seems to be working.
PS: I am not an expert in clicking photos (dark light, night mode, etc). I did the best that I could do. So I hope the pics are decent enough to understand the UI.
