It has been disabled by default by OnePlus. You can enable the option using the below given steps:

3. Go to function switch
4. Check on Vowifi switch
5. Reboot your phone
6. go to settings -- wifi & internet -- sim & network
7. Turn on WIFI Calling
8. Reboot your phone

Wait few minutes you will see volte will be replaced by vo-wifi .

How to Enable VoWiFi on OnePlus 7 Pro
OnePlus manufacturers have kept this setting hidden under the hood. You can access this feature using the OnePlus Log Kit app. Moreover, this setting may not be stable and you might face some issues. Anyways, here is how to enable VoWiFi on OnePlus devices;

  1. Download the OnePlus Log Kit app’s APK from the link here Install the OnePlus Log Kit app using its APK file.
  2. After installing the Log Kit app, open the dialer app.
  3. Dial *#800# to access a secret menu.
  4. You will see a warning pop-up. Tap on Enter. (Note- Follow the steps cautiously as a wrong step or move can damage your phone beyond repair.)
  5. Tap on the OnePlus Log Kit option on the top.
  6. Scroll down and tap the Function switchoption.
  7. Tap on VoWiFi switch option and then tap on the reboot button.
  8. Your device will get restarted and when it turns On, you will see that the VoLTE and VoWiFi feature is enabled on your OnePlus 7 Pro.

Once you have followed the above-mentioned steps, then you can enable the feature easily. I would like to again bring to your notice that, please follow the steps carefully and sequentially to avoid any permanent damage to your device. Moreover, once you have enabled this feature, you can access them by;

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap on WiFi & Internet option.
  3. Select Sim & Network option.
The most important thing is Jio needs to have enabled VoWifi or Wifi-Calling from their backend for you to get the service. Jio is supposed to enable it by 16th January 2020 as per their press release. So have some patience.

I had done this before I upgraded my 6T to 10.3.0 and post upgrade the options remained enabled even though the default log kit doesn't have the option anymore when I dial *#800#

Anyway, I still don't have VoWiFi on Jio, although I think it's mostly cause Jio has not enabled it on their end for Bangalore users. My friend who has an iPhone XR also doesn't get VoWiFi on Jio.

To make VoWiFi work in flight mode, one needs to enable the VoWiFi profile stored in the EFS Partition using the Qualcomm QPST Tool. I cannot try it right now as my laptop is broken. But many OnePlus users have reported that VoWiFi works in Airplane mode after enabling the VoWiFi profile stored in the EFS Partition.

It's Worked Using OnePlus 7T

If it is enabled it will be for whole state not individual cities
