Reliance Jio Fiber Slow Speed and sometimes Red Light Blinking

Hello, I have JioFiber with 250Mbps Plan.

I was getting fine speed 2 days back. But, now I am only 100Mbps Download and 10 Mbps Upload.

Also, sometimes red light blinks and then again connects (green light).

It wasn't happening before.

What is wrong?

Everything is being tested on Jio Modem to PC directly with Cat6 Ethernet (no other device or WiFi is being used)

Yesterday I had this frequent red light blinking problem for about an hour but I never noticed any speed drop.
 
It has happened 3-5 times in half and hour and speed is not good.

Which modem rrouter you have from Jio?

Is it dual band or single and which state?
 
No speed drop and red light blinking for me.
All the Jio servers show up on Ookla app for me.
 
This whole thread is about speedtest.net, ethernet and PC.

No WiFi or Apps. (Since they are not the right way to judge any ISP)
 

Just checked via ethernet and i can't find any Jio servers too.
Idk what's going on with Jio?
 
Slow Bandwidth at the cost of higher price. Removed servers so that people can't test properly. Their speed on other servers is like 5Mbps or so (same region).

Only some of them shows 100Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload like as if they are limiting it.
 
@Nitin I have tested more than 20 servers nearby.

Only 2 shows 100Mbps. All of the other shows 1-5Mbps.

My Plan is 250Mbps.
 
I don't know. I am not getting speed that's all I know.

250Mbps Plan. Average Speed 1-5Mbps.

490GB Quota Left.
 
Everything is normal for me. Maybe you are facing downtime. If it persists for more than 1 hour then contact CC.
