From Vaishali Ghaziabad. Speeds were ok when lights were stable, but with red/yellow light blinking the speeds used to drop or even intermittent disconnection issue. This must have been 5/6th time i have complaint to them in last 5 months on their toll free number regarding this issue
Each time they used to send some novice who couldn't resolve this issue, but this time thanks to lockdown they are engaging their engineers from Mumbai to solve the issue. The firmware on the
router got updated within 2 days of complaint. Now lights are stable (Atleast since last 2 days). Speed also is more stable, although sometimes buffering still persist on various video applications.
I have seen the engineers from Mumbai seemed more professional, knowledgeable and well groomed too. They solved my Zee5 issue also in just 2 days. And the person called me back to reconfirm if my complaint has been resolved, previously they used to close the complaint without enquiring from the customer.
They don't respond on emails so just call them on their toll free number.
I told them telephonically about the red/yellow light issue and the speed drop during blinking lights.
