@RummaanKhan Yes Jio Cap remains same regardless of which circle you are in.Same case for airtel and idea their ambr also remains same even in roaming But Vodafone is doing very bad practice.I got Volte with Vodafone in W.B which i did not get with idea in W.B. so their Volte also Does not work pan india.In My circle i get Volte on idea but not on vodafone.This case is not with jio or airtel.

Guys Vodafone has lost nearly 40mn subscribers from jan till now. No’s. will reflect in April report but preliminary no’s. got from vil insider. So total count dropped to 240mn from 280 earlier. RIP Vodafone . At this drop rate entire vil network will be empty in next six months. Forget AGR etc, company will die its own death
 
Vodafone is itself responsible for its Subscriber drop rate.No other operator does these shitty practices in india like capping speeds of roaming subscribers.Even in home circles speeds are some how capped.
Forget Vowifi even Volte does not work pan india.Network coverage and backhaul is also a big reason.These things are forcing their users to Port out from their Network.
 
@Ak5877 Getting 80+ mbps without CA on Band 1 (2100 MHz). Before 29th June I was getting 20+ mbps even in peak hours.

But now after 29th June (after so called Vodafone idea system integration in Maharashtra circle) speed even do not cross 1 mbps even in morning hours 😢.
 
@devangpatel also you are not getting volte with vodafone in MH but you will get Volte with idea there.This thing is worst with Vil.In most vodafone circles volte does not work with idea and in most idea circles Volte does not work with vodafone.
 
No VoLTE or CA on Idea sim in Jharkhand Ranchi circle. Speedtests too were pretty sad @5Mbps avg and higher ranges upto 8Mbps. Upload speed would zoom upto 14Mbps at times averaging at 8Mbps.
Attached below is the NSG screenshot, shows only B5 1800+ present.

@Neel6969 - Bro I think our discussions of getting of Vodafone/Idea 699 postpaid for unlimited data may not be feasible 🙁

@ashu.nift Volte works in JH on idea.Does not work with vodafone.But you need go activate it and its difficult
