Carrier Aggregation on Vodafone Idea

Vil has 4x4 mimo on b41 but problem is none of the phones are supporting it.even in my OnePlus 7 it just shows 4x2,in samsung S8,s9+ also Its just shows TBD2.
 
Airtel CA again started giving problems
 
Airtel with 3+40CA rsrq and sinr of b40 20mhz becomes very bad.I guess this makes the CA worst.

Even B3 sinr without CA is 12 to 14 but with CA it goes to 0
 
@amalrakoff Don,t know.Without CA even b3 has better sinr is 13 to 16 in my home.And b40 20mhz has 7 to 8.on CA b3 sinr changes to 0 and b40 changes to -12 to -15.
 
@RummaanKhan Even if i am near to the site(50m) Without CA b3 gives sinr of 27 but when its on CA its sinr changes to 12-15 and b40 gives sinr of 4 to 5 and rsrq of -12.and this happens in almoat all sites on which 3+40 works.
