My Stamp

Costs rs. 300 for one sheet of stamps. I wonder how easy is it to get this done.
 

Since the last 3 months i am not receiving my airtel landline and post paid bill and my credit card statement by post. After further inquiry i found that both of the providers have switched from private to sarkari india post. This is the height of madness by the govt. I guess since the next psu to go down is india post, why not force the private sector.

Any body getting their posts from india post which previously was private courier?
 
Just curious, why do you really need a physical copy of the credit card statement or any of those bills? You get a soft copy by email for all these right. With free/cheap cloud storage it's much cheaper and easier to manage the soft copies.

I have opted out of hard copies of all bills where possible. 😅😅
 
I was supposed to get a international package via India Post over a month ago, but it hasn't turned up yet. Local Post Office cannot say anything and since it's via standard mail service, there's no tracking ID.

It was a band CD which I was EXTREMELY looking forward to, but of course India Post had to screw everything up🙄😤 With this level of responsibility, no wonder people don't prefer them and the government is forcing everybody to use their crap service!
 
@Crazyguy030601 No offence, but if it was something important, at the very least it should have been registered. Sending something by un-tracked mail that too internationally is bit of a gamble. It's not just IndiaPost which is involved but the other country's postal department too.

Plus international post is slow so things can take 30-60 days to show up. The reason it's cheap is because it's slow and not a guaranteed delivery service.
