Finally, after multiple escalations, the tech guys came. They were clueless. Just did random Speedtests via multiple servers. Wasn't hitting beyond 550 mbps.
They escalated it to their technical team over phone. In a minute, the following speeds started pouring in !
Apparently they have to set certain channels at their end for high speed tier to allocate required bandwidth.
