Try calling from the jio fiber number to your mobile. Check if mobile rings, if it does then save in mobile & use it. I know it sounds silly I had to do this for my neighbours jio fiber number. 🙄
I don't know why, but I'm not able to configure jiocall at all on any of our mobiles in my family. Jiocall detects my jiofiber WiFi, but when I click on it, the loading circle animation keeps on spinning for long. In settings, fixed voice number shows up as inactive.
My silver plan expired on 30 Jan 2020 now I am on 199 plan but all of the premium content offered by Jio is still working. Currently watching live PL football on Hotstar.
I noticed that even though my base plan expired some of the premium content that launched later has a different expiry date. I'm guessing it's that else a bug.
I just recharged with this plan as a standalone plan without any base plan but I am not getting SMS from Jio for any new device getting connected to it. Anyone else noticed it?
Also, Jio App is not updating the connected devices to the Modem.
Edit: Jio App is updated with the device status now but still no SMS received from Jio on connecting new device.
