DataOne UL Plans Still 900! Its official news.

Hello Friends,
Yesterday someone posted a thread in which it was mentioned that UL plans are gonna get reduced plan charges from 1st April, 750/- per month instead of 900/-
But 2day itself BSNL had published a add in The Times of India saying:
BSNL Unlimited Plans will be 900/- per month.

Then wats this 750/- per month news.....I feel its just to make we all fools on eve of April Fools Day....
 
Maybe they have realised that people paying less (rs 500) per month can download WAY MUCH MORE due to the "upto 2mbps" part, than the UL900 people can heh. They need to earn the extra 400 rs per month I guess 🙂
 
well the kolkata ad clearly says upto 8 mbps but only upto bsnl node. this is the standard iptv setup of course 🙂
 
The best option is to wait. 1 more day to go. April 1st will be here faster than we can realize. Somethings will be clear by that day... And by Node, i think they are stating the access-concentrators placed in every state. 🙂

its just an april fool joke. that pdf file is nicely created by some expert. i really praise his hard work. but do not waste the knowledge for unusual and useless creations. maybe he thinks that people will be fooled easily. 750 bucks or 7.5 bucks... we dont want to see such news again
 
A speed increase is very much welcomed and anticipated...rather than decrease in monthly charge.
 
In Chennai Edition of HINDU too there was an ADD. It was about UL900 Plan. The speed mentioned was only 256kbps. So if BSNL was upgrading the speeds on Home 900UL they would not have come up with that Ad today.

well the upgrades have been taking place city by city.. i guess they will need more time to upgrade in all places after which they might place ads in the newspaper regarding that.. till then they cannot publish it anywhere..
 
being optimistic.... I'd like to think that these ad's were booked long back. And BSNL aint proactive enough to change ad's overnight. The circular (if true) only came out on 28th. Most large newspapers take ad bookings well in advance. Then again... I am looking at the brighter side of things.
 
@ cool_techie_tvmif this is going to be true, i will be the first person to inform the change in price. i have applied for change of plan to ul900 5 days back. if it is done, i will check my details in portal, take a screenshot of plan(whatever displayed in portal) and post it here.also one more thing. i have the address and phone number of person who posted this message in your orkut community 😉 i will contact him if there is no change on/after 1st april 😀
