No connectivity

My connection was off since last 25 days, I left it working but after I came back & switched it on there was no connectivity, I figured out that there is no IP assigned, even tho my PPPoE username & password are correct (double checked with customer care). Also replaced the wan cable so that's not the problem, my router is TP-Link Archer C1200. Any help will be appreciated!

Why you so vague query?

If you already contact CC what did they said? and your LCO?

Check from my.excitel.com portal your connection status.

Can you dial from your laptop/desktop or particular error you are getting? It could be also MAC lock

Replaced WAN cable how? are you using fiber or ethernet? can you ping your local gateway?

I have been contacting cc for last 3 days, they're saying they'll send someone but they don't. I can't login into my.excitel.com portal it shows wrong username & password, I confirmed the credentials with cc & thry resent it multiple times but no luck. There's no specific error, I tried resetting the MAC few times so that's not the problem either. I replaced the cable from ont device to my router's WAN port, I'm using fiber.
