@alekhkhanna I am from Karnataka. I am on 849 plan and i am getting 100 down and 10 up (don't know why the speed is asymmetric when speed was symmetric for preview users). I don't use stb but i have used it only once to see the interface and what apps are there. So, it is basically like smart TV box or Amazon fire stick. Also, jio TV app was missing which has i guess 300+ channels so instead of that there is a app called jio TV+ in which i didn't notice everything clearly but i saw 25-30 channels and movies,music section.

@Nitin does it allow you to install apps ? I highly doubt that. Are these 25-30 channels live channels ?

Do you get proper log in details for the subscriptions and can use them on any device or we can only use them on the stb?
 
So I talked to jio customer care regarding why I am unable to do top ups they say because I have crossed the limit and that I will be able to do them again on 23rd december when my last activated 100 gb plan expires.

But do you still see the 100 gb free preview offer listed in the recharge plans ? I am not asking about the queued up plans, but the ones that show up in the list of recharge plans.

I was assuming that this is the last free preview offer for everyone. I am not able to see any 100 gb free preview offer now, it shows only paid plans. And I was told by cc that this is my last preview month.
