Slow uploading speed On Reliance Jio Fiber

guys sometimes after 7pm , i see that files are not getting uploaded on jio on whatsapp or any site .
when i do speedtest it shows 0 MBPS or 0.1 only ..
sometimes it may remain for full night ..
but next day automatically it gets sorted ,,,
so whats the issue with Jio ,

Downloading is fine around 25 MBPS or more but uploading is 0.1 MBPS only , i cant even send a pic on whatsapp 😒

I was having this problem from today afternoon DL was at best erratic & UL is always BS around 500-600 kbps😡

I don't know why a ISP throttles upload speed to 1/10th of original speed. They don't pay extra for uploads, probably probably they have made full use of their capacity and to give new connections they started using cheap tricks
