If you zoom the image in link 4 you may notice a small white color dot in hole so
what he wants is a converter which can be used so that the same headphone can be used in android mobile phone
and laptop.
If it is visible in the screenshot then you see inside the hole in audio port there is one pin deep inside which is coming out.
So we do not know what is the technical name for such a thing and with what keywords we should search. Let us know hardware terms which we can search in Amazon to be used with this laptop Dell Vostro 3568.

That is a regular audio out port. There is no need of any converter. A normal headphone or earphone can be used with it.
(The white color dot which you see is a mic pin which is there in all latest audio out ports).

So what headphone should be used in this.Any recommendation on Amazon or flipkart.
Actually what my friend is looking for a headphone which can be
used in mobile phone and laptop both .
One cable which can be used with laptop and mobile phone
both this is not happening as he told me.

Any standard headphone (or headphone + mic, also called a headset) with a 3.5 mm (AKA 1/8 inch) jack will fit both the laptop and phone.

As for recommendations on Amazon or Flipkart - headphones can vary greatly in price and features and styles. He needs to go online and compare the makes and models and select one based on his budget. Audio Technica, Sennheiser, Philips, Sony and Beyerdynamic are some of the well known brands.
