Full page ads while watching YouTube

I started seeing full page ads while watching YouTube. This is probably third time in as many months. In all three occasions, I was watching YouTube.

Had Jio sim a couple of months ago in this phone. Until now, I only have MyJio to recharge another number.

Disabled all options to show any kind of notification.

Just uninstalled myjio app after seeing the latest ad that asked me to install myjio even if I had it installed long ago.

Wondering if this is normal whenever we use a Jio or myjio app?

Check if you can turn on battery saving for the App to stop it running in Background.
 
I have given it zero permission for login I use OTP to alternate registered number. After login it works like normal app but no permission or annoying pop up.
