Do Airtel throttle Torrents?

I just got Airtel fibre connection installed the router is 'BDT-121 dual-band GPON router' plan is 200mbps. I tried torrents but speed is worse than local lan 100mbps connection I had before getting only around 3-4 MB/s. is there a way I can improve this?
 
How much speed do you get with your mobile network?
Download same file both broadband and mobile network.
 
Even I get around 3 to 4 MBps on torrents on Airtel most of the time. Only some rare torrent goes above 5MBps. I don't know if it is throttling as earlier I used to get higher speeds.
 
Check peer count and seed count, if this is happening with all the torrents then check port forwarding. Apart from port forwarding Airtel itself cannot throttle torrent
 
working fine for me. Try enabling Upnp.
