I had got BSNL ftth registered on 25th November. Since then I am trying to register on selfcare portal and portal2.bsnl.in. After 3 days I was able to register on selfcare portal but till date I am unable to register on portal2.bsnl.in and also for Amazon Prime offer. It always says incorrect number or connection is closed. I had complained on twitter but got no proper reply. I tried complaining on 1504 but they told they can only take complaint about ftth not working. Anybody has any idea what to do? Since my prime account on another id is expiring on 6th dec. So I wanted to use this offer.
