Unable to register on portal2.bsnl.in and for amazon prime offer Any help?

I had got BSNL ftth registered on 25th November. Since then I am trying to register on selfcare portal and portal2.bsnl.in. After 3 days I was able to register on selfcare portal but till date I am unable to register on portal2.bsnl.in and also for Amazon Prime offer. It always says incorrect number or connection is closed. I had complained on twitter but got no proper reply. I tried complaining on 1504 but they told they can only take complaint about ftth not working. Anybody has any idea what to do? Since my prime account on another id is expiring on 6th dec. So I wanted to use this offer.

Let the existing Amazon Prime to expire. From what I know, we may not apply BSNL offer to extend the current prime subscription. I may be wrong.

For portal registration, please wait for another couple of days. The bills are just being generated and this process would be completed in a couple of days.

I already have ADSL. Got fiber last month too. Even for me who already registered previously in portal.bsnl.in, the new number (for fiber) just started to show up. It is not added yet. So, hold on for a couple days. The BSNL servers are usually busy until 6th of every month.

I don't know why you couldn't register for prime, though. For some people, they had to wait for the first bill to be generated. For me, I could take the offer within 7days of getting the connection. I didn't try earlier, though.
