Airtel Prepaid New Plans for December 2019

though i still think its waste..i find too many call drops and lack data connectivity in south Delhi in most location of Airtel during normal working hours. Markets like green park and yusuf sarai have just very low airtel network.

no total validity should not be more than 180 days of current active plan and plans in queue

So, i recharged yesterday with ₹1699 plan with 48 days still left in my current plan and it looks like both the plans are active concurrently! I am getting 1.4gb/day of old plan (until the old plans validity expires) + 1.4gb/day of new plan for total of 2.8gb/day.
The bad part is that there is no way to know about this behaviour without messing with Airtel app and ussd codes (neither of which display complete information).

Even they are not being helpful.

Both parties basically say wait for a week 💆‍♂️
 
Yesterday morning i recharged with 998 plan, but failed after money got deducted(using airtel app). Later after two hour or so, when i checked, plan got activated automatically.
 

In my case, i tried logging into Airtel app yesterday but it was not working so i did my recharge through Google Pay which worked as expected.
btw, anyone knows what happened to Airtel adding more features to Google Assistant integration? Everything other than main balance has been "Coming Soon" since it launched.

with Amazon Pay balance?

I used payzapp with HDFC card. 3 payments failed after 30-40 min they send sms to notify if payment failed and in 2 hrs money is credited back to CC or wallet as deducted.

Cons: Their CC is a joke.
 
Airtel confirmed payment failed.
Amazon says they have forwarded the issue to airtel for response.

No clue when the refund would come.

Funny enough... Airtel.in was showing transaction.

bro i even recharged for 1 year but i also received the message that after the current plan will expire then the new plan will be activated
 
Check from the app or *121# again. If your total duration of the recharge and current plan exceeds 180 days, the new plan gets activated immediately.
