Reliance Jio Wi-Fi Calling (VoWiFi) launched officially

@C3PO Yes sadly selective models only so far. My friend in outskirts of Mumbai using a Max Pro M2 with an Airtel sim gets RCS & VoWifi.
@ijsa I tried that crapcall app fr about 15 mins, it didn't work as promised so uninstalled. I gave them 1 star rating, they replied to me today wanting me to waste more time with them as a beta tester probably 😡
 
Here's an article on the India Today website Airtel WiFi calling again it's on selected handsets only.
 
Right, so 1 week after VoWiFi began working it has been consistently switching on every time I use WiFi at home. I think it has been formally rolled out in Pune (or at least some parts of Pune) on selected handsets including iPhones. VoWiFi should work regardless of which broadband ISP you use.
 
Did anyone manage to get VoWifi on a OnePlus 6T running Android 10? There's an article in link-removed that Jio VoWifi is working for all supported devices in some circles.

The option for WiFi calling is enabled.

This have been there since android 9 update but
It ain't working for me in Jio network.
I haven't tried it in android 10, heard there is stil few bugs and battery drain. So i haven't updated yet.
 
Using a Asus Max Pro M1 with a Jio sim & Jio fiber at home but no VoWifi for me but some other users of this model also with Jio sim seems to be getting VoWifi so they say on the Asus forum. Maybe they are at different location 😒
