Excitel has killed the last thing that was good about them

most torrent sites loaded just fine on excitel till yesterday. now, they don't. not sure if this is due to gateway or they themselves finally gave up.
 
Same here on bsnl. While using chrome it doesn't load up.
However on kiwi browser with extension to block ads. It surprisingly loads up, even without a VPN. 🙄🙄
 
hmm. maybe this happened coz dnscrypt was down... can't wait for windows to get internal support for doh. simple dnscrypt has become too unreliable on my pc.
 
@igloo it's about browsing websites freely. Not about searching a specific torrent.
It's good to browse through torrent websites to check what all stuffs have come new and all.
 

if they are using DPI like in the case of Jio, RailWire and BSNL you might want to try SadeghHayeri/GreenTunnel
Just npm install the package and gt. Voilà, every blocked site is now accessible like web.telgram.org, link-removed and all.

They have gui and packages for debian, windows and macos
 
I noticed same thing on normal excitel broadband when they had 20mbps,50mbps,100mbps plans but since i moved to fiber (300mbps) , all websites loads fine and even pornhub and that too wit porn h u b . com domain aswell.
 
@koolkunz, actually I found this from goodbyedpi GitHub page listed as alternatives for linux and others.
Maybe Airtel has some strong dpi rules 😌
 
telegram android doesn't works, telegrab web and telegram x is working sometimes and sometimes not, this is not only on excitel but all isps atleast in India
 
use proxy! i haven't faced any issues yet. mtproto.co offers a free one but adds a pinned channel at top while in use. there are many more available online.

i know this is a workaround. but telegram has been a target of government censorship for a while now. and it is only going to get worse.

today's issues could be related to that. or telegram servers used in india might be facing issues.

Telegram not connecting on BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband | BSNL Bharat Fiber Broadband

Hey guys, Recently there is problem with telegram, media not loading and stuff but yesterday it went completely down on phone (Stuck on connecting)! But still working on telegram web. Are you guys facing same problem? Is there a workaround? PS: My area is Haryana Circle Thanks!

if you have a vps or something similar... install mtproto on it and use it!
 
Telegram was acting up yesterday and today morning, but it seems to be working fine now.
For me atleast.
