Excitel has killed the last thing that was good about them

absolutely possible...
 
speed is messed up lol. videos and images on reddit/twitter are crawling lol.
 
Looks like all archive links are blocked on Excitel right now. They work on VPN so these domains are not down.

I usually use archive.is and it has worked just fine for years on Excitel. But it does not load today for some reason.

Update. Loads now so I am not sure what's going on.
