Recently my bsnl broadband speed profile was changed to 2047 kbps from old 12799 kbps.
After complaining several times they have changed it to 8191 kbps not 12799. Can anyone share their screen shot of downrate showing 12799/12780 kbps so i can tell them that i was having this Speed profile. I don't have any old screenshot.

Please it's urgent.

Superstar 300 10 Mbps plan. I had 12799 kbps downstream profile from past 10-12 months but out of nowhere they changed it to 2047 kbps and now to 8191 kbps. Already spammed them on twitter.

It will be very helpful if you could share your speed profile screenshot

Bsnl is a shit company why tf they always do their job incorrectly if they can change it to 8191 kbps why not 12799 kbps right away. These Babu's are just making me mad every day. They have such bad attitude. Wasting my time everytime with such bad excuses when i call or visit them. They shouldnt have got revival package. Govt should have let bsnl die, it deserves to die with such bad employees.

One more thing if any one has D-Link 2750u or any similar ui modem please share your speed profile screenshot. It will be very helpful

In my entire time with bsnl the only problem i faced is frequent disconnection. After complaint they come, rectify the joints on the pole and its great for 2-3 months and then again same story. The fascinating thing is that i complaint every 2-3 months, but the staff never covered the joints or make a proper sealed joint so as to eliminate that disconnection problem but NO they like coming again and again for the same problem..

I had many problems with them one of the biggest problem was when my dslam port in the exchange got faulty and i had very frequent disconnections(every 5-10 min). They checked my line and told me that it is normal. And after several complaints and visits to exchange for about 3-4 months they finally changed my port.
One more thing they also used to have frequent ofc cuts, 5-6 times in a month due to which i had no internet for the whole day. Over the time this has almost reduced to once or twice.
And now out of nowhere they change my line profile to 2 mbps from 12.8 mbps and now from 2 mbps to 8 mbps instead of old 12.8 mbps. To be honest I would have dumped bsnl if i had any other option in my area.
