Any review for excitel lucknow (indiranagar) area ?

Hi,

Just got a pamphlet of excitel plans ,their fibre plans looks interesting ,so is there anyone using their service in indiaranagar lucknow uttar pradesh area ? if yes then can you please give some reviews about it ? like how good or bad they uptime and also about their customer service . will it be a good idea to switch from airtel to excitel considering the prior's customer service ? thank you !

I am also from Indiranagar, Lucknow, but use ACT as primary and Airtel as secondary. I will ask from my neighbors or friends if anyone is using Excitel.
 
HI, @Sam27 I am using airtel fiber 799 plan @549+gst. 150gb/100mbps. I am looking forward to switching to other ISP ( Excitel or ACT Fibernet ) as Airtel not providing any discount on plan up-gradation on the 999 plan. Thanks for Help, Please Review both ACT and Excitel for me.
 
@openwonder , please go with ACT without any second thoughts as it is just flawless, the only drawback being no unlimited plans, but it has been unlimited for the past 2 months now due to COVID lockdown. I had recommended ACT to another Indiranagar resident of this forum, @sid.teche , and he is also quite happy with it. I will post reviews of Excitel when and once I interact with any of its user in Indiranagar.
 
@openwonder . I have been using ACT Fibernet since September 2019 after being recommended by @Sam27. the only downside of ACT Fiber is that don't provide unlimited plans but their service is top notch in lucknow never got any downtime without being notified by them(they usually send SMS before any Downtime. Usually last for 1 to 2 hr.)
