Airtel Fraudently charging me twice for 299/- Unlimited Topup

I'm on 799/- plan and opted for 299/- topup last month. It clearly says "reccuring" every month on your bill. First time I tried it did not activate within 24 hrs.
Called CC and he says "wait, takes time". Still did not activated. So I "unsubscribed" and tapped "subscribe" again. Hola..this time it worked and data counter showed 3333Gb left.

Got Bill today and they've charged me twice for 299 topup! This is clearly fraudulent. Called CC and the woman is bit rude.
Here is screenshot of my bill (says rs100 fr 10Gb which i don't know what It is and never opted for)

Will be calling nodal office soon. Just an example how these companies squeeze out money if you don't speak!
 
Looks like a technical issue which caused a billing error and doesn't look intentional. Send an email, you have a proper paper trail as well.
 
UPDATE: It was hard to convince nodal office. They were trying to charge me for the pack I never subscribed to. Finally, after 15 minutes of discussion he agreed to charge me lesser. Maybe Airtel should upgrade their computer system infrastructure instead of wasting customers' time.
 
Title is not as per the issue you were facing.
