Not able to login in nokia g-140w-c Router

Hi All,

I have Nokia g-140w-c Router. I try to login in the same by accessing 192.168.1.254 but in the login page it didn't accept the default user name and password which is paste in the back of the router. I have reset the router many time and then after try to login but all in-vain.

Hence request you to kindly guide me regarding on the same and help me if anyone have the default username and password of said model number for the login.

Resetting should have reverted the username /password to the default. Please try resetting once again and keep the reset button pushed in for about 20 seconds. If it does not work, and if Airtel provided the router, you might want to call 121.
 
Hi ,

First upon I would like to thank you about replying my thread.

I have already reset the said modem at list 50 times as per procedure mentioned by you but still no luck. Since Now I am not Airtel subscriber I am not in position to contact to the Airtel customer care.

Hence getting the password form such thread is only option left for me.

Attached is the photo of my router along with the other details.

Hope some one like you will help me in this regards.

There's a possibility Airtel has changed the firmware (they can do it remotely) to a custom one which survives reset operations. I know Tata Sky BB had flashed a custom firwmare on my Nokia ONT. It's best you contact Airtel for instructions.

Sorry, I really don't remember it now. The Wi-Fi router was exchanged for a dumb ONT, also a Nokia, at my insistence because I wanted to use my firewall/router.

I believe they restrict access to the ONT because customers have a tendency to poke around and cause issues which in turn leads to extra trouble tickets and them having to dispatch an engineer to help.

Also you could have connected the router with Lan cable with your PC and access 192.168.1.254
Where default User/password is userAdmin / tsbb@123
 
Hello guys. I dont know if it is offtopic or what. But I had an Airtel connection and they gave me this Nokia modem G-140W-F. Now I have disconnected my Airtel Fibre connection. So my doubt is can I use this Nokia modem with any other Optical Fibre Connection provider.??
