Bharti AirtelNSE -1.65 % has raised doubts over its ability to continue as a 'going concern' , saying it may not be able to raise additional funds to pay for more government dues on the back of the Supreme Court judgement on the definition of adjusted gross revenue (AGR).
The company said that it is reviewing its options and remedies available, “including but not limited to filing petitions before the Supreme Court and also seeking other reliefs, with others affected in the industry, from the government.”
