Unable to get amazon prime offer in BSNL 12 CUL combo plan

Hello! I am a 12 CUL combo plan user. I tried to register myself for free Amazon prime subscription on bsnl website.
A notification pops out "Offer is available for Rs. 745 and above landline postpaid plans only. To avail the offer, enter an eligible number."

But the thing is my plan 12GB CUL combo is of 899 rs so it should be valid.
FYI I am not a prime member as my prime membership already expired.
What should I do now to get this amazing offer?

I used to have that plan and yeah BSNL won't let u go prime on that plan. not sure wh and I never bothered asking bsnl for it. I upgraded my plan to next and then they allowed it lol. Don't know what's wrong with BSNL.

Strange, I'm on the Superstar 300 plan which is Rs 749+ tax and it works for me. Maybe something special with that plan.

@doctorjain Switch to Superstar 300, it's cheaper and gives 300 GB data (almost same as 12 GB/day but better as there is no daily cap), same speed on DSL and free Hotstar premium as well.

One can change the plan only once in 30 days.

@pothi Oh! sh!t I didn't know about it. These superstars plan were not showing on bsnl website. When did they even got launch?

I tried to change it is showing "You cannot change your plan for this service type again this month." 🤐
