Hi,
I have excitel fibre installed around 10 days back. With my prev router i have used Static IPs for my entire network. I have a lot of IOTs, hard boxes.
The router provided by excitel, Syrotech ( SY-GPON-1110-WDAONT ), they just provided a sort of guest username, password, you cannot configured subnet, static ip or anything. Also, they opened up a new wifi ssid with name of www.excitel.com.

Does anyone have the admin credentials to router. i tried all basic ones. any help would be great.

Have you tried user/user ?

Hello dear,
You can try :
username : admin
password : stdONUi0i

You use ' i0i ' ( ' i ' in small letter in spite of 101 ).

It will work.

Hi, asking an offtopic question, which city you are from?
In Delhi, excitel fiber is not being offered these days due to shortage of devices as per their helpdesk.

I got some GX ONT recently, the UI is same as the RicherLink one. They have a user named excitel on both with password exc@123 which gives full access. You can try that as well.

@nivro7680 OMG very much thanks bro for giving admin details. I just got excitel fibre installed at my location today. I find that bridge mode is greyed out but I got a workaround of using config file to make it ONU only device instead of ONU+WIFI . All I need is to wait for them to activate my account. Counldn't login currently. Anyway very much thanks bro. U saved me a lot. Now I can use Asus dual router and switch off that crappy single band Syrotech router.
