Reliance Jio Fiber: Slow Internet Speed? (LAN Tested)

Is this some kind of bug in fast.com? Upload speed shoots upto 500 mbps and settles around 250 mbps

How many of you think the jio increases the internet speed when we call the customer care to complain about the slow speed.
I Wanted to download NFS HEAT from origin and I've only got 2MBps using JioFiber with my 250MBps Gold plan and when I used ACT Fibernet with my 40MBps plan I got 4MBps. but when I've called the customer care regarding this I got 22MBps suddenly and got back to 2Mbps after an hour.
 
Origin is weird on Jio Fibre it gives me 2-3 MBps on my 100 Mbps connection. Steam and Epic works perfectly fine, no speed issues there. So I automatically assumed something is wrong when connecting to Origin servers.
 
Maybe a short burst of speed from Origin. Maybe the routing to Origin is fucked that's my guess.

Are you facing speed issues on other applications/downloading?
 
Yeah... For some reason, even speedtest.net starts showing 220MBps when talking to the JioFiber CS and after an hour it's 20 - 30. I've tried it 4 times just to make sure I ain't crazy thinking like that and I ain't cuz when I am trying to raise a complain it magically speeds up.
I do have other websites
android file host
lineageos
torrents
all IDM downloads
and all of them got 4MBps of download speed whereas jio only got me 2 - 3MBps
