pahe.in ; upto-box ; mega ; click-n-upload all stopped working on airtel bb today.
These are banned for long, but now.. the https versions aren't accessible either.
Not getting any blocked by isp message.. its just -- This site can’t be reached The connection was reset.

I can open any site with opera vpn. but problem is with sites like uptobox, the download link is tied to your ip (opera proxy~ so called vpn in this case) so your own download manager (say IDM) can not catch the file. have to use browser for downloading.. which is sorta inconvenient and not helpful in batch downloads.

I like to use Vity's FRD or jdownloder as they are excellent for batch downloads.
Zippy-share seems to work  I did a tracert for UTB & pahe.. can see cloudflare ip. Not sure whats happening.

Can someone on Airtel bb confirm?

Cloudflare domains should be work through esni on Firefox? But yeah... For download managers... Regular VPN would be required?

Now that you mentioned, I checked firefox with those esni option enabled.
Yes https versions of the said sites work.
Is there a way to encrypt dns system wide on a win 8.1 machine?

Encrypted Dns is possible with simple dnscrypt but not esni. Just encrypted dns won't help though. Coz sni is leaking the domain enabling block.

^ went over my head lol but looks like you were right.
grabbed this Simple DnsCrypt thing.
On main menu -- enabled the dnscrypt service ; made sure my network card is selected
On resolvers tab - disabled automatic mode ; manually slected cloudflare (DoH) & applied the settings

now did flush dns on command prompt

mega ran into some error in firefox. took couple of refreshes to open.
others seem to work though.

Main issue was downloading in FRD.. which still doesn't work.

Wonder what has prompted Airtel to block Mega of all things though. Sad. For some reason even with CloudFlare and ESNI enabled on Firefox i cannot open mega.

Mega was working fine until this afternoon in firefox.
After I grabbed Simple DnsCrypt something seems to have changed.
Even after I closed it. Mega says --

Secure Connection Failed

An error occurred during a connection to mega.nz. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

It opens after few tries. Well sometimes :p

Try this blog link in a new tab MEGA
If it runs into same error keep the page open. after sometime refresh... it should display.

Now refresh the other mega tab.. it should work too.
I dunno how.. but it this method seems to work for me haha
Haven't actually tested downloading anything right now.. but page loads fine.
