I can't tell you about the existing plan you are on but for new plan(which is presently on their website) Rs 299 top up is there to make it unlimited or 3333GB. Call 121 from your airtel landline.
It would be better to call 121 & ask for the same. I am from Delhi NCR, so I assume it holds good for all Delhi NCR customer but the best would be to call 121 from your airtel landline.
Its applicable in gurgaon as well but I cant comment if its available for old/existing plans but its certainly there for new plans that is on the website.
Ask them to transfer it to escalation/2nd level, 1st level generally dont have these info.

No, I am seeing only 200 GB and all those offers but there is no Unlimited or 3333 GB for 299 there.

Even i got the addon for no cost. currently on 300Mbps/600GB@₹1274/mo
Even i got the option but for rs.299/- . no Free lunch for me 😉. From bangalore on FTTH.
