BSNL Fiber active but not showing on portal

So, I wanted to check the plan. The fiber got activated just today. Connection is in Jammu

when I go here : Landline | BSNL Portal

and put the phone no. Fiber guy gave me , it's giving error like "Fetching Failed"

Anyone has an idea?
 
Mine too showed up the next day only.
