If it is ADSL Broadband, no need as no MAC Binding in this case. For fiber, whether MAC Binding is done by LCO, depends from LCO to LCO. Confirm with your LOC first.

No macbinding is done on DSL broadband on BSNL (and Airtel). We are free to switch the modems or use bridge mode.
