battle.net slow download speed?

i am trying to download cod mw beta from battle.net but my speed is capped at 1.2MB/sec
isp is excitel . location is new delhi. anybody else facing this issue?
 
same but it didn't go above 3.5MB/s.
It was staying in between 20-30mbps.
On spectra not excitel.
 
It was happening same for me as well on Excitel. Speed was around 1.2-1.6 only.

But, it was normal on Airtel. (avg 4MB/s)

P.S.: I tried for the Call of Duty: MW Open Beta
