On BSNL selfcare portal, after accepting the terms and conditions, In 1st step it asks you to select your own plan and even after selecting keeps asking to select it. Any ideas on how to proceed.
I am not the only one facing issues. Pan India problems. Looks like Baboos want their chai-paani.

@shubham1 this is nothing new. Any change to a telephony, broadband or mobility plan requires you to make a trip the nearest BSNL office. It's been this way for ages. They won't change.

Wow, this is pathetic. BSNL is pathetic. Why do I waste 1-2 hours of my time to go to exchange. It should be online.

I got BSNL's FTTH and I need to close my broadband plan and just keep landline connection. Except going to exchange, how else i can do it?

I usually do it in the self-care portal.
It changes within a couple of hours if I do it during the working hours.
Never faced a issue with a self-care portal but recently i wasn't able to register complaints on Self-care portal and i had to call to 1500.

I used to login to self care via facebook, now it gives me error always via facebook, so nt able to login

always gives this error :
Unable to Communicate With FACEBOOK

Please try after sometime.

If i try to make a new acc and add my landline, it says it's already added

It was outlook email before on my facebook, now it is gmail I remember when i signed up with BSNL, it was hotmail email via facebook.

I guess that FB and Google integration is removed since a long time ago. At least on my selfcare portal there used to be option to login via FB or Google but since many months now that option is not there.

Just try login with email address directly and OTP which should come to your phone, or try "forgot password" to reset your password to manually login via email address.

Which is the selfcare website link you are using where there is still Google login available?

I am visiting selfcare.bsnl.co.in and there is no longer any FB nor Google login available there now.

😕 I use the same -- BSNL CUSTOMER CARE but Google login works.
