You might be right as they have not announced any date for payment yet and they have not even allowed anyone to subscribe to any of the plans. For example if I want to up my speed to 1Gbps and pay for it, there is no way to do it now. I am sure customer service will have no clue either. This is the stupidest and most botched up launch ever. Let's hope our lines keep working because if there are any disruptions they will claim it is due to the upgrade.
