Why Airtel Routing is messed up for Single Hosting servers?

Hello,
There was a issue from Battlefield Gaming Servers hosted by G-portal/Ociris(DDOS Protection Brand), for Airtel Fiber, connection is getting refused as Ociris have Geo Location Block for Airtel Fibernet. I contacted Ociris regarding this and they pretty quick resolved it !

Problem Now :
Ping to other Germany servers is 120-140 and pretty stable internet.
Ping to G-portal hosted servers is 250 - 300+ and huge packet loss in gaming.

What could be possible reason and solution.
Routing to gaming server is India - USA - Germany , why It's taking longer path to traverse the internet ?

tracert result of both German IP, 1st is not hosted by g-portal, 2nd is hosted by g-portal

Code:
ping 85.14.192.47 (85.14.192.47): 56 data bytes

64 bytes from 85.14.192.47: icmp_seq=0 ttl=119 time=130.075 ms

64 bytes from 85.14.192.47: icmp_seq=1 ttl=119 time=130.089 ms

64 bytes from 85.14.192.47: icmp_seq=2 ttl=119 time=130.895 ms

64 bytes from 85.14.192.47: icmp_seq=3 ttl=119 time=130.027 ms

Code:
PING 94.250.208.142 (94.250.208.142): 56 data bytes

64 bytes from 94.250.208.142: icmp_seq=0 ttl=121 time=262.450 ms

64 bytes from 94.250.208.142: icmp_seq=1 ttl=121 time=263.954 ms

64 bytes from 94.250.208.142: icmp_seq=2 ttl=121 time=262.300 ms

64 bytes from 94.250.208.142: icmp_seq=3 ttl=121 time=347.127 ms

Solution: Play Rainbow Six Siege. 🤣

Can you do a traceroute to 85.14.192.47 or 94.250.208.142 so we can know if the problem is with Airtel or GPortal.

With a TATA Routed VPN, It goes directly through Europe with ~160ms latency

5th hop (182.79.152.225) is where the ping spikes up. 182.79.152.225 belongs to Airtel presumably in US (sucks that Airtel doesn't have proper hostnames for their routes). 6th hop is Link11's ANY2IX IP address, an Internet Exchange in California.

I think Airtel messed up their routing here , the traffic should be going through DE-CIX Frankfurt Exchange (possibly 80.81.192.218 which is the Link11 DE-CIX peering IP)

I am using a local ISP who uses Airtel's network and face the same problem. I just play on other servers without this issue

So what could be possible solution? airtel is currently refusing to do anything, they are saying if you can connect to that server, you can also play game, ping is not the issue (they are totally being noob here or idk why they are answering like that), i just told them to look into that and also provided info. about this .. use DE-CIX Exchange,, they had no clue about that honestly !

A workaround is probably a VPN (most VPN providers use TATA Backbone) but if Airtel doesn't fix it there is nothing you can do about it.

You can try contacting higher level reps, since this issue affects entire Airtel backbone

is getting static ip will resolve my issue? i can clearly see that that's because of their bad routing as traffic is directed as India-USA-Germany
