I am using 899 plan which gives me 10mbps speed up to 12gb/day but I am getting only 5.6mbps speed.

Contact BSNL and ask them to increase the downstream data rate.

Yes.. Line stats are good, can handle upto 20 Mbps.

Here are my line stats..
I'm on 699 Chennai Circle Specific plan with 20 Mbps speed upto 700 GB.
They're not updating the line profile even after multiple requests to the exchange guys.Currently capped at 10Mbps.
Please suggest a way to get it done.
