Jio is decreasing their signal strength of cell sites.

I don’t know what optimisation method is this. If a site is congested they will power down it and let their customers suffer from poor to no signal at all my area cell site got powered down now everyone is suffering worst network coverage.

I had the same problem with Jio. So, I stopped using Jio altogether.
Started using Airtel..Has excellent network within Chennai Urban area but useless in outskirts.

@vignesh_venkatesan I stopped using Jio 2 years ago due to low speed sim is just lying in shelf. I checked to see whether it had improved but degraded only. I am also using Airtel and getting good coverage and speed.

@Vishal | Chennai viceverse for me, Airtel shifted tower from my neighborhood to another place 400 metres away. Can't even use calls inside my house . Jio coverage and speed good inside my place . Same thing in my village .

Jio signal is lowest since July 16 2019. Lots of complaints and tweets and no response.
Speed is 10kbps
Will shift soon

Yes at my area to jio speed is very slow, compared to Vodafone. therefore I have to keep two sims.

i had the same issue few months back during day time my speed dint even touch 0.5 mbps so i ported to airtel , after few days i checked jio and speeds were almost 50+ mbps and i have download a game at 10 MBps on Jio since then maybe they are updating their tower or something.
( i still have airtel as upload is better in it )
