Server for small Office

Guys, Please guide cheapest and reliable server. There are at least 7 computers connected to a server. It is mainly used for tally, income tax return etc.

Current Setup: HP ProLiant ML10 (7225-375)

Had to replaced motherboard twice, now it failed again.

i am guessing an online solution won't work? e2e just recently launched something for tally.
