OP updated with proper screenshots.

@Sushubh is advanced formatting options disabled ? like align, text size, color etc. Imgur plugin is not working properly its inserts image code twice or thrice at once.

Will it be the same Jio TV we are getting in our mobile phones ? More than 600 channels with catch up features ? Any clarity . Is it IPTV or broadcast TV of LCO ?

On their website it's JioGigaFiber
 
Also they said that the investment phase is now over. So looks like they won’t be expending the networks. It’s just limited to the final 1600 cities.
 
To reach the other towns beyond 1600 and to the uncovered areas in those 1600 towns, the participation of LCOs may be taken. In cities where poles and cables reach your street, LCOs may not be needed. Thus coverage may be increased without investment.
