Complain to them again, this time about routing issues. I think the traffic is going from India->US->Europe rather than India->Europe
 
So is it ISP issue or Ociris Issue? , yes Traffic is taking Longer Path and also idk why my port 3659 always showing closed.. can you help me in config. router ?
