Excitel Broadband Getting Lower Speeds than Promised

Hi,

I am facing speed issues on Excitel broadband since 18 July 2019. I am on the 50 Mbps plan but getting only 7-8 Mbps on PPPoE connection directly on the wire.

I created a ticket on 19 July 2019. Still, the problem is not resolved.

I had paid for Fiber on 15 July 2019. They are neither resolving the speed issue nor installing the Fiber. I am frustrated due to all this.

I have even complained to the Excitel Nodal Officer. LCO either does not pick up the call or gives fake promises like it would be done.

What else can I do? Which ISPs are good in Delhi where I would not have to deal with shit LCOs?

I would check whether they are available at my place. Thanks.

You need to provide your locality info.

No ISP provides perfect service in all areas, best bet would be Airtel if available for consistency and customer support.

You should get rid of it and move to Airtel, ACT or Reliance GigaFiber (Coming Soon).

I can understand totally what you've been facing since I'm one of their victimized customer.

I have been waiting for Reliance GigaFiber. ACT sales guy came today but he said that the connection is not feasible in my location.

Even after complaining to Nodal officer, there has been no resolution. What should be my next step? There are more than 20 days left in my plan.

It seems the speed of device has been limited 10 Mbps rather than 100/1000 Mbps
try forcing it to 100 Mbps in your router.
